For the month of April, I kept a strong focus on skincare in my beauty routine. Now that I’m in my late 20s, I appreciate higher quality products and love trading skincare tips with other beauty junkies. This month, I discovered a peppermint-scented foot balm, firming body oil, and an ice roller for my face. Have you ever any of these products?
The first item that I want to share with y’all is this Esarora Stainless Steel Ice Roller for $11. If you have never heard of this tool, you store the stainless steel roller in the freezer and roll it over your face and neck when you first wake up in the morning. The cold tool contracts blood vessels to tighten pores, gets rid of puffy skin from poor diet or alcohol use, smoothens wrinkles and crows feet, and many other uses. Besides the face, the ice roller can be used on your chest if you have a fever to cool you down or it can be rolled over your legs to reduce varicose veins.
I use it for about 5 minutes each morning right before I put on my moisturizer and makeup. It makes my skin glow and depuffs my under eye area. Have you ever tried one?
Since sandals weather is here, it’s important to take care of your feet. My heels get dry and cracked while my toes get calluses, but this Peppofoot Stick by Rinse Bath and Body Co. keeps my feet soft and supple. This was one of the Easter gifts that I received from my MIL Peggy. This stick lasts a long time and runs for $17. If you have calluses, this is the ticket! I’ve even put this on my husband’s feet and the stick applies it for you, so you don’t even have to touch the feet! The peppermint scent also works as an effective deodorizer. It will make your feet look much prettier for your new summer sandals! I’ve currently got my eye on these $30 black espadrilles.
This third item is ideal for getting swimsuit ready for the pool. This Omorovicza Firming Body Oil smells fruity and spicy with plum almond oil and apricot kernel oil in the formula. As an all-purpose skin serum, you can use it all over your body, especially on the chest, stomach, and thigh areas to improve skin elasticity and help avoid stretch marks. Lord knows we all deal with stretch marks, so this product is decadent but effective. I like to use a dry brush on my body before I hop into the shower at night. Then, I shower as usual and apply this dry oil to my chest, thighs, and areas with stretch marks. I am borrowing this from Peggy as she graciously let me test it out. I highly recommend this oil if you are in the market for a skin serum that tightens skin and prevents stretch marks!
As you can see, I enjoyed these new skin care products this month as we gear up for summertime swimsuits and sandals. Have you tried any of these products? What did you purchase this month?
